Using proprietary technology, OpenMatters has built an automated system (ValueAI) that collects large amounts of communications and corporate actions (financial and non-financial) as well as Corporate KPI's and transforms that into a ValueQuotient (VQ) that it uses to score a company's ability to create (or destroy) value. Companies, consultants and institutional investors use our scoring system to allocate their investable capital.
