The “+” in the name, refers to our drive to constantly improve, both the situation and performance of the client’s business as well as the state of whoever’s lives, we can influence.... This ties back to our purpose of creating opportunities to improve peoples lives. The “one” is inspired by inclusivity and speaks to the organization and all its connected relationships as a whole and that there’s always room for inclusion of another one, whether that be another client, partner or another person joining +OneX The “X” represents the exponential capabilities of technology, as well as unknown factors that the future holds.
