NUWA TECHNOLOGIES

NUWA Technologies is a music-tech company that develops innovative solutions and web/cloud services, software, hardware and apps designed for Music Industry in order to become the reference point for anyone who lives on music. "LINDALE" is a new digital ecosystem designed to support music creators: it's a suite of services that allow musicians and professionals of the Music Industry to collaborate in a creative and efficient way, saving precious resources (money and time). In music production... , professionals usually work in different places: they waste a lot of time downloading and uploading music project files. Besides, there's no interoperability between leading DAW Software today. Therefore "TILE" is born (the first product of the LINDALE Suite to be released), a cloud-based next-generation collaboration platform that integrates Blockchain & A.I. solutions for teams of distributed musicians and producers. It's a tool for music production that is inspired by the versioning system typical of software development (a sort of "GitHub for music") and which aims to improve teamwork by managing music projects in the cloud and their different versions, keeping track of changes, integrating multiple software formats and optimizing transfer times. In fact it has a patented incremental backup method, which allows you to synchronize files faster because it only saves the portions that have changed since the last backup (therefore only the differences and not the whole project, saving bandwidth and time). At the end of the project, a report validated in a BLOCKCHAIN network will be released, which will certify the degree of contribution of each user: it's a valid document to be able to enforce their rights during music rights registration or in case of a legal dispute (traceability of the author). Thanks to TILE's interchange format it will possible, for the first time, the conversion of the project and its recognition by the other DAW Software (the first true cross-software compatibility in the world). Finally, we studied a based machine learning-based software able to measure the impact (potential commercial success) of a song on the music market (A.I. Rating), which will also act as a “virtual producer” providing useful tips as the composition proceeds. In January 2018 NUWA was selected to be a part of the first Italian delegation to CES 2018 (International Consumer Electronics Show) in Las Vegas and was as attendee at The NAMM Show in Anaheim. In November 2018 we were selected as exhibitor at Web Summit 2018 in Lisbon (the best technology conference on the planet) within the "ALPHA Startup" Programme and we were confirmed again for the 2019 edition which was held always in Lisbon from 4 to 7 November. NUWA was selected for the international accelerator program "Music Innovation Hub", in collaboration with MIH, Cariplo Factory and Make a Cube. In 2021, we won "IMMEDIATE" - the first media & entertainment European accelerator organized by Intesa Sanpaolo Bank, H-FARM, RS Production and Rolling Stone - placing us among the main startup in the field of music-tech in Europe.More
