Northwest Coatings was founded in 1970 to manufacture water base adhesives and coatings for industrial applications. In 1979, Northwest began formulating UV/EB curable products. February of 2005 brought Northwest Coatings additional technical capabilities with the acquisition of Greensboro, NC based Actinic, Inc., a leading developer and manufacturer of UV/EB curable coatings and adhesives for the industrial and graphic arts markets.
