We serve as a professional vision solution provider for smart manufacturing to promote automation towards industry 4.0. With the developments of new techniques in computer vision and machine learning, we are committed to break the technical barriers in this area and to bring new possibilities that are not previously feasible. We developed a modular system (hardware & software) to be customized and installed for various production scenarios. The hardware (industrial camera module, lighting module, mechanical module) is designed with portable modules, and the software (user interface)/ algorithm (feature recognition and understanding) is based on a neural network trained by samples collected from realistic operations. This makes our product self-adjustable and highly flexible to fit various production line scenarios.
