Atlantic Bank. During the year ended December 31, 2012, all of the one-to-four family loans the Company originated was sold to government-sponsored enterprises (GSEs). Customers of the Community Bank and the Commercial Bank have access to their accounts through 263 of its 287 automatic teller machines (ATMs) locations in five states.
