Management is dedicated to advancing the Company and increasing shareholder's value by engaging in the search for value-adding mineral deposits through exploration and/or acquisition.Napier Ventures Inc. is an exploration-stage company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral property interests in the United States. The Company has interests in the Calico Peak Property, which is located approximately 50 kilometers (over 30 miles) north-northwest of Durango, Colorado at Calico Peak along the west portion of the Rico Mountain range in the Rico Mining District.
