In 2009, recognizing the changing budget environment, our Managing Partner began to restructure and reorganize MRETEC into a traditional defense contracting firm with a focus on minimizing overhead costs. We completed this transition in late 2010 and leveraging our recruiting background in conjunction with this business model have grown to a $12 million organization that has experienced 200% growth over each of the past two years.More
