Moraga Biotech has discovered and isolated a primitive population of stem cells from adult tissues. It has also purified, propagated, and cloned these stem cells with their proprietary serum-free defined media. These adult stem cells have properties that resemble cells found during early embryonic development, which surprisingly are retained in adult tissues.
