The advertisements will be sent only to the double-optin Mobatar subscribers that explicitly agreed to receve promotions on their mobile phones. As of June 2009, there are over 50,000 subscribers that are willing to receive advertisements from Mobatar tailored to their interests. Company has been acquired by a Spanish firm.
