With digital workflows and multitasking the new norm, our jobs are increasingly stressful. This was actually the own experience of our CEO who easily get tensed and nervous in the work environment. Changes happened after she joined the mindfulness training and realized the positive benefits that actually brought to our brain. From then, she has the ambition to help improve the mental wellness of everyone by widely disseminating the mindfulness training through the digital platform. The Mindfio team joined together last year to study the mindfulness training market and develop the global digital training platform, comprises with both hardware and software. With the support of a founding investor, Mindfio successfully validated the problem-solution fit.
