Metrik's vertically integrated platform is divided into three main areas: Equity&Development, Brokerage, and Management. The company started right at the turn of the Millenia with a modest realty company( Affinity Realty Group) providing local services in Miami. That company eventually expanded operations in several Latin American countries, created a management division (formerly Level 5 Service) and started developing projects evolving into what today is METRIK.
