Current operations are focused in Wyoming's Powder River Basin and in Western Canada's Montney and Duvernay regions. Capabilities include natural gas gathering, compression, treating and processing; NGL treating, fractionation and transportation; crude oil gathering, handling and transportation; and handling produced and flowback water. Subsidiaries of Meritage Midstream Services II, LLC in the Powder River Basin include Thunder Creek Gas Services, L.L.C.; Thunder Creek NGL Pipeline, LLC, Meritage Marketing, LLC, Black Thunder Terminal, LLC, and Black Thunder Marketing, LLC. In 2015, Meritage formed Meritage Midstream Services III, LLC to focus on midstream opportunities in Western Canada.
