In addition to its picturesque main campus in Erie, the school has four other campuses to expand its educational reach. Mercyhurst College has begun to offer graduate degrees, as well, and is considering university status. The university still focuses on undergraduate academics, however. More than 60 majors are available through the following divisions: * School of Arts & Humanities * Walker School of ... Business & Communication * Hafenmaier School of Education & Behavioral Sciences * Zurn School of Natural Sciences & Mathematics * School of Social Sciences Student life at Mercyhurst is grounded in the Catholic faith, offering many service and ministry opportunities. There are also many cultural and athletic opportunities, with more than 85 student organizations and several NCAA Division II teams. Mercyhurst makes financial aid a priority, offering assistance to a large percentage of incoming freshmen. Federal financial aid programs, institutional scholarships and external grants and scholarships are all excellent opportunities to help with the cost of tuition.
