Meetch is an e-commerce platform where we provide our clients with the offers of our partners in Warsaw in the form of a Dutch auction, ie where the price falls by a certain percentage every few minutes. The specificity of partners and business is similar to Groupon that means entertainment, general services, travel etc. We plan to Go Live at the beginning of June. We are distinguished by a new approach to the client (Dutch auctions, emotional bonding) and Partners (service availability, low co... sts & social commerce). We list our Partners' offers in form of the Dutch Auctions that are engaging for customers. They can decide what price is right for them and buy with discount. We want to become the place with which they welcome their days looking for inspiration for the evening as well as for discounted offers of things-to-be-done like hairdressers or vulcanizers. From the partners point of view it is important that they can register through a webpage and put their offers on our platform. It is important that our Partners remain independent and choose on their own how they want to promote. They can do that in 5 minutes, even from their mobiles. Mainly we cooperate on 15% commision that is much lower comparing to competition. With selected partners we sign agreements offering them lower commission and commitment to put fixed number of offers with minimum discount. Our target group is young people (students or professionally active) living in Warsaw agglomeration, aged 18-35, looking for a way to spend free time with friends or actively. Also those looking for attractive services at a good price (beauty & care segment, automotive services, travel etc). According to our research 4% of Serviceable Available Market is inerested in Meetch and account for 550k users. We estimate to reach $20mln revenue from this group.More
