Medicom Innovation Partner was established as a technology venture of Bang & Olufsen A/S back in 1989 and the company have been a dominant player within the Drug Delivery Device world for more than 25 years. The company was partly divested from Bang & Olufsen in 2007 when Maj Invest Equity A/S acquired 65% of the company. The final divistment was executed in March 2015 and the company is now wholly owned by Maj Invest Equity and Management.
