LOA was incorporated in Rhode Island ("LOARI") in 1992 for the purpose of providing online and Internet related services. LOA is a Rhode Island regional competitive local exchange carrier ("CLEC") and information/Internet Service Provider ("IISP"). LOA currently provides a variety of internet solutions to both commercial and residential customers and they plan to include a full range of local telecommunication services, resulting in an ability to offer a complete menu of Internet, voice, data, video, and cable programming solutions to our customers.
