Lettus Kitchens is operating in Pakistan in 3 cities and 4 locations with an ambition to grow across 100+ cities. We're building a Distributed Restaurant Platform (DRP) that involves selling food online or through takeaway via dark kitchens, shared kitchens or home kitchens. Customers can order through the aggregator or our website. The goal is to provide better online food options to underserved communities and fill the supply gaps that an aggregator cannot address. For example, if a community is missing a good, affordable pizza, one of our virtual pizza brands can cover for it by being operated in one of the kitchens above and simultaneously unlock untapped demand in a market.
