They develop a comprehensive system for property management. We have been working since 1990 and the system is now in its fifth generation. They primarily turn to large property management businesses such as municipalities, government agencies and larger private companies. Our ambition is to be able to satisfy various types of user roles, handle various financial follow-up models and cope with various technical operating environments - in one and the same product. The customers who thrive best with us have a long-term view of their property management and are careful about how all information is structured and managed. Often our product becomes master of real estate information and is integrated into a number of other systems that are dependent on quality-assured data. The company is family owned and founded by Lars-Erik Bengtsson in 1990. We are close to the Globen in Stockholm and are about 20 employees and consultants.More
