Rise is a platform to raise everyone’s game with rich, relevant and regular feedback via your own scorekeeping service. An ongoing board is a powerful tool, to engage and motivate whether that's learning, adoption or performance. Rise is for players to track their personal performance on their way to meet their goals. Rise is for managers to mash data from multiple sources to give individuals scores, flex the scoring system over time and to render the scores to players. Scores can be rendered as individual personal score, a leaderboard of players ranked against each other or as a collective score showing team performance as a whole.
