Lagoon has built in leak detection, frozen pipe detection and water surge price protection. In areas such as California, with a 2014 Governor requested 20% water reduction, price surges occur and residents can be hit with large water bills. Lagoon can also reduce infrastructure costs for utilities if water conservation efforts are successful. There is an option for large scale leak detection for utility companies.
