Labicom is Industry Training Technology, based on remote control of real equipment via Internet and virtual simulators. Labicom develops a browser-based web-application 1) of remote control of real instruments via Internet or local network, and 2) virtual instruments (not connected to the real ones). Virtual simulators completely copy real instruments (their interface, work results) and available to thousands of users simultaneously. Thus Labicom is solving the world problem of an acute shortage of practical-skilled engineers (e.g. 1,8M in USA, 2M in Russia, 2,5M in Africa), which is due to the gap between industry and education and dur to lack of practice with real instruments in tech universities.
