Our accommodation providers specialize in our target market, are close to amenities we look for (e.g. surf break, diver spot etc.), have facilities our guests want (e.g. surf school, dive school etc.) and offer great value for money for our guests After the initial seed capital, the first milestone is to further expand the current portfolio of resorts into local chain of budget and mid priced resorts in South East Asia in selected locations to capitalise on the fastest growing budget hotel segment in the region. The re-invented resort operations model by KEG Resorts Company delivers above industry average ROE and superior operating profits.
