JA ISHINOMAKI

JA Ishinomaki has a variety of products to offer. The landscape is flat, with the Naruse River flowing through the western portion and the new and old Kitakami River flowing through the central section, and the alluvial plain appropriate for rice fields stretches. The paddy field area is 11,800 ha, making it one of Miyagi prefecture's richest breadbaskets. The main types are planted primarily in "Hitomebore" and "Sasanishiki," with Sasanishiki having the maximum yield in Japan. In addition, they grow "Date Masamu," brown rice popular among health-conscious people, with the goal of "taking the world off the table."
