The PressMill is a 4 to 10 minute workout that targets not only the cardiovascular system , but the anaerobic system as well. They strive to produce products that are beneficial for the athlete as well as the fitness enthusiast. They also strive to make it easier for employees in the work force to get an effective workout in approximately one third of the time it would normally take in the corporate gyms.
