Integrated Physical therapy is a privately owned physical therapy practice. Jeffrey L. Eaton received his masters degree in physical therapy from Northern Arizona University in 1997 with a 4.0 GPA. Since graduating he has worked in outpatient Orthopedics, providing him experience with post surgical patients, sports injury, trauma, and general rehabilitation. Jeff also has experience since graduation in treating pediatric patients for multiple conditions (trauma, post-surgical, autism, po... st tumor removal, dyspraxia, Erb´s palsy, developmental delay, etc.). We provide one on one customized treatments, tailored to each individuals specific deficits. Our program is specifically researched to address the cause of your individual rehabilitation.
