INTEG Process Group has quickly established itself as a flexible and cost-effective technology company that can deliver solutions and outstanding support in a wide range of industries and applications. We provide an easy, open means to connect, monitor and control equipment and processes, and then transmit that information over the network so it can be used in business applications or control systems. INTEG products and services have been applied over the years around the world in various indus... tries such as cinema, audio and visual, manufacturing, security, newspaper publication, transportation, and steel. The centerpiece of our companyโ€™s success is the JNIOR (pronounced "junior"). It provides our customers with a simple, yet intelligent automation controller that monitors and controls a small set of discrete and analog signals and makes direct network connections to other devices for sending and receiving commands. SUCCESS AND RESPECT The JNIOR is used in over one third of all the movie theatres in the world! The JNIOR is the most respected automation controller in use in the cinema industry. A key application for the JNIOR is automating the digital presentation for movie theatres. The JNIOR acts as the central automation to properly control the auditorium lights, sound, preshow ads, movie projector and other miscellaneous items to make sure the audience receives a perfect movie presentation with each showing. Over the years, INTEG has also been responsible for accurately moving and tracking bundles of newspapers in the mailroom for some of the largest newspapers in the world including The New York Post and the New York Times. INTEG HSMM INTEG also successfully developed and sells the only off-line, stand-alone microstructure evolution simulation tool in the world. INTEG HSMM Logo One of our early technologies that we still enhance, support and sell to the steel industry is the INTEG Hot Strip Mill Model (HSMM). The HSMM is an off-line simulation tool capable of predicting the temperatures, forces, microstructure evolution and final mechanical properties of steel rolled in a hot strip mill. The HSMM has been acquired by over 30 steel companies, engineering companies and research organizations in 15 different countries around the world! The Hot Strip Mill Model is a PC-based computer simulation model that was created with the support of the American Iron and Steel Institute (AISI), United States Department of Energy (DOE) and five North American Steel companies.
