Inner City Brewery's brewing strategy is to produce a wide range of beer styles. They value the location where the recipe originates and the diversity of the inner core of that location. A 20-BBL three-vessel system (2,300 L), three-vessel brew hour is an uncommon design. Their system gives people control over beer and lagers. 3-BBL system pilot system (brewer’s lab), where they’re often brewing the next experimental batch of beer.
