INDIAN RIVER FESTIVAL
Indian River Festival has been cancelled because the parish could not finance the costly improvements on its own. The advertising was instead launched. The essential upgrades were funded for and completed as a result of an enormous response from area churches, businesses, people, families, and other groups. The "Sundays in the Summer" music series, one of the campaign efforts, proved to be immensely popular and a reliable source of cash; nonetheless, the volunteer core behind the series grew overburdened.
