ImageOptim is a free app that makes images take up less disk space and load faster, without sacrificing quality. It optimizes compression parameters and removes junk metadata and unnecessary color profiles. It can be used to publish images on the web and to make Mac and iPhone or iPad applications smaller. The app integrates with optimization tools such as PNGOUT, Zopfli, Pngcrush,AdvPNG, extended OptiPNG, JpegOptim, jpegrescan, jpegtran, and Gifsicle. ImageOptim is available in English, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Vietna¬mese, Turkish, Russian, Lithuanian, Czech, and Polish.
