Image & Form is a game developer that develops and publishes games for a number of platforms. We have self-published games for iPhone/iPad, Nintendo 3DS, Nintendo Wii U, Nintendo Switch, PC/Mac/Linux, PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita and Microsoft Xbox. We develop and publish the universally acclaimed SteamWorld series of games, where humanity has blown itself to bits and friendly, steam-powered robots are the new cream of the crop. The franchise started with SteamWorld Tower Defense in 2010, an... d in 2013 we released the sleeper hit SteamWorld Dig for a multitude of platforms. SteamWorld Heist came in the fall of 2015, and 2017 saw the release of SteamWorld Dig 2. All games have been nominated for and won numerous awards. Image & Form was incorporated in 1997 and wholly owned by Brjann Sigurgeirsson until October 2011, when Bergsala - a corporate family of game developers, publishers and distributors - stepped in at 50%.
