Hotel Paradise Africa seek to be the brand of choice for resort and marina stay while in West Africa. They will develop marina along the entire West Coast of Africa from the Canary Islands to South Africa. Their resorts will all be places where visitors will want to stay time and time again. They will build their first marina ""Paradise Cove"" with the purchase of the 22 acre Lou Moon Lodge in Axim, Ghana. This will give us a great start as the hotel already produces positive cash flow. ... They are in negotiations with 4 other properties along the Ghanaian coast. Hotel Paradise Africa, LLC and it's subsidiary Hotel Paradise Africa Investment Corp is seeking $50K in bridge funding prior to their first private offering of $2.5 million. Funding for this round will be compensated in stock in both companies. HPA has the opportunity to purchase a resort that currently has a positive cash flow at 41% occupancy. With their planned improvements they believe they can increase occupancy 38% within the first year of operation which will increase revenues by 47%.
