Homestead Bancorp, Inc. is the unitary holding company of Homestead Bank. The Bank is a federally chartered savings bank that conducts business through three full-service offices located in Ponchatoula, Amite and Walker, Louisiana. The Bank is primarily engaged in attracting deposits from the general public through its offices and using such funds to originate loans secured by single-family residences located primarily in Tangipahoa, Livingston and St. Helena Parishes, Louisiana. In addition to the customary banking services offered to its customers, the Bank also offers other services including drive-up teller services, automated teller machines (ATMs) and Internet banking.
