HELM OPERATIONS
Since 1999 Helm Operations has been developing Helm software to help workboat companies better organize their operations and optimize their business intelligence. Their operations are based on Vancouver Island on the west coast of Canada. As the company has continued to grow, theyโve recently expanded their presence in Europe and opened a second office in The Netherlands. Their brand promise is: to connect the marine industry like no other technology company, so they strive to make their soft... ware, service and culture reflect that promise. In 2018, Helm Operations was acquired by Volaris Group, an operating group of Toronto-based software and services provider Constellation Software Inc., the largest independent software company in Canada. Volaris Group acquires, strengthens, and grows companies enabling them to be clear leaders within their focused industry and has a philosophy of never selling companies within its portfolio. This acquisition allows Helm Operations to accelerate innovation as an independent software vendor, with the financial backing and security of Constellation Software.
