HEADWAY SURREY
Adults with acquired brain damage and their families are supported by Headway Surrey. They help people in Surrey who have suffered from an acquired or traumatic brain injury. Cognitive and social rehabilitation, includes executive skills, memory, decision making, planning, prioritisation, acceptable behaviour, and a variety of other challenges, so that they can live effectively with their brain injury. They also help their relatives and caregivers cope with the devastating changes they must adapt to. They devote time to teaching and creating awareness among the general population, as well as health and social professionals.
