HMC attempts to provide services that inspire dreams, focus on independence, develop community ties, assist people in coping with life-changing events, and pay special attention to safety, health requirements, and security for the people they serve and their families. The company's vision is to be the leader in innovative community supports for persons with physical and mental disabilities. The HMC for persons with physical and developmental impairments is a residential facility for physical a... nd developmental disabilities adults. It is home to 44 people with developmental impairments, thanks to the work of the local ARC and the parents of those 44 people. The Intermediate Care Facility (ICF), Supportive Living Service (SLS), and Semi-Independent Living Services (SILS/SLS In-home) have evolved to assist 150 persons in three programs.
