HARBOR LAUNCH

Harbor Launch at the Institute of Marine and Environmental Technology (IMET) is community for early-stage companies working on products and services that positively impact the environment and/or human health. Harbor Launch companies can leverage IMET's world-class researchers. Their expertise includes marine bioenergy; environmental sensor development; aquaculture; environmental remediation; developmental biology; marine biomedicine; molecular and cellular systems and sustainable urban ports and ecosystems. Harbor Launch also connects companies with the resources (people, facilities, etc.) of its partner institutions (UMCES, UMBC, and UMB) and the University System of Maryland.
