We also offer a leading selection of Citizen Watches in Birmingham Pauline's brother Paul is our jeweller, you can see him working away in our open plan workshop in both shops. Repairs are very important to custo... mers and ourselves as jewellery is very precious in terms of value and sentiment, having a open plan workshop gives transparency in all that we do. Very few jewellery shops have in house jewellers that you can see and talk to. Over the 30 years we have been open, we have gained a large following of loyal customers whom we regularly see for special occasions.
