HABITAT AID
We promote and sell British native trees, hedging, aquatic plants, wildflower meadow seed and heritage fruit trees, which we buy from a community of small specialist UK nurseries, harvesters and growers. We also offer groundwork, planting, seeding and ecological services through our network of partners. We think the local origin and distinctiveness of plants isn’t just important for biodiversity and biosecurity, but also culturally. Habitat Aid has close links to a number of specialist science based UK conservation charities who are working with us to reverse biodiversity loss. We donate half of profits from online retail sales to them, as well as funding community planting and seeding projects.
