Gulf Coast Community Services Association has been on the front lines of the battlefield to reduce poverty and build economic independence in Harris County. Gulf Coast Community Services Association provides early childhood education and community services. GCCSA has a rich history within Harris County, serving as an advocate for historically-underserved communities. GCCSA exist to strengthen the educational, social, and economic well-being of children and families as they move toward independence and self-sufficiency. GCCSA's organizational intent is to earn confidence from the citizens of Harris County so that GCCSA becomes the exemplary model for social services and community leadership.
