Gryphon Capital Income Trust (Trust) is a newly established trust registered with ASIC and proposed to be listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX). One Managed Investment Funds Limited ACN 117 400 987, AFSL 297042 is the responsible entity (Responsible Entity) of the Trust and Gryphon Capital Investments Pty Ltd ACN 167 850 535, AFSL 454552 (GCI or Manager) is the appointed manager. The Trust seeks to provide Unitholders with monthly income and capital preservation by investing in a portfolio of Australian asset backed securities (ABS) including residential mortgage backed securities (RMBS). This market is dominated by institutional investors and, until now, has been difficult for retail investors to access and to build a diversified portfolio.
