One Managed Investment Funds Limited ACN 117 400 987, AFSL 297042 is the responsible entity (Responsible Entity) of the Trust and Gryphon Capital Investments Pty Ltd ACN 167 850 535, AFSL 454552 (GCI or Manager) is the appointed manager. The Trust seeks to provide Unitholders with monthly income and capital preservation by investing in a portfolio of Australian asset backed securities (ABS) including residential mortgage backed securities (RMBS).
