Griffon is a fintech-enabled marketplace for families looking to own and build a house. In Brazil, families take at least 5 years to reach their plan or pay 30% premium on a ready-to-move-in property because there is a lack of construction loans and families need to aggregate several service providers, generating a huge headache and a terrible NPS. On the other side, we provide demand for homebuilders with standardized projects, and we plan to improve how these entrepreneurs grow their business in this highly fragmented and archaic market. Lastly, we have a great opportunity to do so, reducing the carbon footprint of one of the most polluting industries globally.
