Greene County Skills, Inc. (GCS) was founded on October 1, 1973 in Greeneville, Tennessee, as a private, non-profit services organization. Greene County Skills, Inc. has provided a wide range of services to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities for well over 40 years. They are well respected in the community. A concerned parent and a person with a disability who needed services and support sowed the seeds of their growth.
