Great Harvest Maeta Group provides customers with global shipping services by chartering ships for dry bulk cargo transportation. All ships of the Group are leased out on time charters. During this period, the group is generally required to provide and pay for all crew, ship insurance, repair and maintenance costs, and the charterer must Bear the costs directly related to the voyage, such as the charterer’s business marine fuel expenses (unless otherwise agreed), port fees, pilotage fees and ... other daily expenses. Among the four ships registered in the name of the Group, two Panamax dry bulk carriers and one Capesize dry bulk carrier, named GH FORTUNE, GH POWER and GH RESOURCES, respectively, with a total capacity of approximately 275,138 dwt, are owned by the group.
