GRAND PRIX D’HORLOGERIE DE GENèVE
The Grand Council is the legislative body of the township. It is composed of 100 members , elected every four years by the electorate by party list in one college, according to the principle of proportional representation tempered by a quorum 7%. The age of eligibility is 18 years. The Grand Council's core business of the Grand Council is to legislate. The Council of State Members may submit draft laws, which are generally referred to committee for study, unless there is an immediate decision to refuse cookies or to adopt forthwith.
