Goodwill Ambassadors is an educational and informative website for paradiplomats, global citizens, civil service officers, and global goodwill ambassadors of the Goodwill Ambassador Commission including the United Nations, US States, World Countries, Metropolitan Cities and Indigenous Territories. The Creative Commons educational and informative website is for international citizen diplomats, civil society officers, local, national, regional and global goodwill ambassadors working with nations, ... states, non-governmental organizations and non-state private sector that have been recognized with the honorable title. The organization provides a Creative Commons license based on reciprocal attribution and acknowledgement of the Goodwill Ambassador(s) Marks for use as a non-commercial vehicle for public relations. Additionally the Commission regulates the user of the Goodwill Ambassador Title and the Goodwill Ambassador(s) Marks when used in commerce, fundraising or non-commercial promotion of unrecognized affiliates. The organization and website have developed an international titles registry that will be introduced in 2022; this project is currently seeking financing for a seven year decentralized autonomous presence. The Goodwill Ambassador Commission recognizes the governors of all 50 US States, the presidents and prime ministers of 245 countries, the leaders of 700 indigenous ethnic nations, the mayors of 500 metropolitan cities, and the secretary-generals of more than 200 IGOs and NGOs around the world as qualified Commissioners of the Goodwill Ambassador title. The Goodwill Ambassador Commission is not an organization that you can join, but is one that authorized title holders are implicitly a part of no matter which village, city, state, country, nation, organization or authorized international intergovernmental department awarded them or created the office of the Goodwill Ambassador using the honorable title or in an official proclamation. The Commission is responsible to the entity by who the title is designated, guaranteed or warranted through an international Code of Ethics (COE) and an Honor Code which is provided to those who seek affirmation with the Commission under placement in the International Title Registry to obtain an IDaaS Credential. Commission certificates are presented to those who register their title, prove their duty to their honorable title with a news article and pay a one-time license fee to document the title.
