GLB BANKCORP

The Company is a one-bank holding company that owns all of the outstanding common stock of the Bank. The Company was incorporated on March 5, 1997 for the purpose of becoming the holding company for the Bank. The holding company reorganization of the Bank was completed on September 12, 1997. With its main office in the City of Mentor, the Bank is the only commercial bank headquartered in Lake County, Ohio, the Company's primary service area. The Company provides a focused core of banking services, primarily for individuals and small to medium-sized businesses.
