On May 31, 2013, Glacier Bancorp, Inc. acquired Wheatland Bankshares, Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiary, First State Bank. In August 2013, the Company announced the completion of acquisition of North Cascades Bancshares, Inc. and subsidiary, North Cascades National Bank.
