Gilligan Company was founded by Patrick Gilligan in 1993 after leaving BP. There was only one location in Columbus, Ohio near The Ohio State University at the time. The company hired its first employees and never looked back. Today, two of those original employees are in senior management, demonstrating the company's commitment to developing employees and providing career advancement opportunities.
