There are 5 categories of business spaces that we are focusing: Shop, Eatery, Office, Storage and Homebiz (Work-Stay lodging). Getspaze offers solutions for individuals and companies that have idle or empty spaces to get (extra/more) income by listing them online entirely or partially for... free on the website. They will only be charged a service fee when the property is rented. On the other hand, SMEs with limited capital can start their businesses with lower rental budgets that will ease their capital burden. Our sharing economy business model enables us to offer a cheaper rental fee and a more flexible rental period so that SMEs can use their capital saving on rental spending to buy more merchandises and other productive things.
